Our history and roots stem from two operational entities with experience in both Swedish and international projects.

We are proud of our shared heritage, having taken the best from our time with Serneke Group and Elof Hansson International. We are committed to building upon the sound business principles, accumulated knowledge, and experience we have inherited. This transformation marks the beginning of a new chapter where we combine our foundational strength with a strong drive to develop and expand for the future.

• 2002 - Started Serneke Group AB

• 2019 - International projects division Serneke International Group AB is formed in JV with Ajna Holding AB

• 2023 - Serneke Group AB (publ: Nasdaq) is acquired by Doxa AB(publ)

• 2024 - Serneke International Group AB is acquired by Ajna Holding AB

• 2025 - Serneke International Group AB acquires Elof Hansson International and Serneke International Group transforms into Scandian AB
